Along with some of the other qualities mentioned already I would say, someone who doesn't go around announcing to the whole world.. "I'm so shareef I'm so shareef, look at me!" In other words, humble & modest :)

Only difference between Shareef and Non_shareef is that Non-Shareef goes and do things that he desires of doing

I think a shareef person is one who thinks of consequences befire acting out a desire or thought.

The most Shareef person I ever met along with his wife I call "The Peaceful People". They just shine with serenity and love for every fellow human, no matter what their race, color, creed, religion, homeland, background or whatever When they speak to you, you are the only person in their universe, And every word they say is like a blessing. They love each other, they have a great marriage, they have the type of kids every parent dreams of. They respect everyone with equality.
If more of us could be shareef in aa manner such as this then I think there would be no more wars.

I think a shareef person - guy or girl - is one who really thinks about his/her actions before following through with them.
Meaning, its not necessarily the guy with the longest and bushiest beard...it might actually be the guy who looks kind of modern but doesnt believe women are for the hearth and home only. Sharafat is not easily defined from what I understand of it...its a code of conduct and a way of thought more then a look or mannerism.
I feel like Im being vague but I dont think its something easily laid out.
