It seems like PM wants counter terrorism strategy (its never too late)…so let us all help him in coming up with some constructive ideas. Here are some of my ideas. Please feel free to add more.

The first 2 of these are terrible ideas.

1. Anyone charged with terrorism cannot be released on bail by any court.
   -This opens the way for politically motivated activity. For example, a month before the election,activists of any political party could have baseless charges of terrorism files against them. Without a bail hearing to determine if they were actually any risk, they would be immediately locked up for weeks or months until a trial could be held

2. Anyone charged with terrorism must be tried in a security court (s) under uniform code of military justice.
   Again, this opens up the door to abuse. What if the military’s political opponents end up in these courts on trumped up charges?
