That’s exactly the problem, it’s still ZAB’s party no matter who is going be his successor.
As for comparison between Zardari and Musharaff, i don’t know how you can call Musharaff worst of the worst??? Musharraff undoubtedly made mistakes but he probably wanted to make sure that crooks like Zardari or $harif won’t enjoy “licence to loot”. He WRONGLY tried to hung on to the power but atleast there was a reason behind it.
Musharaff was DEFINITELY much better than any option we have today (other than Imran Khan who is unlikely to get a chance atleast for another 10-15 years).
