Hypothetical Situation.
A very close friend of yours turns out to be a lesbian/gay. He/She tells you that they like you a lot and think of you all the time. What would be your course of action? Would you try to get them medical help or just help in general? Would you severe all ties from them and never see their face again or talk to them again?
I had a friend who turned out to be gay. He got so deprived of social interaction that he committed suicide. This is what brought this question to my mind.
I'd just tell them that i'm not their type. I would probably cut down on the amount I talk to them. If they try to commit suicide then yes I will definitely help them out. It just depends on the situation.
