I got good feedback for my last question - thought I’d try another!
I have a train on my shaadi lengha, does anyone know about how long it should be? The front of my shirt is 48 inches and the guy is keeping it 8 inches longer in the back.
But my mom is saying for it to look like a train, I should do 12-15 inches. Does anyone know how long it should be or how long the kept theirs? Thank you!!

My trail is 50 inches.. :) but my outfit is a full length one piece style so it depends what sort of style youve gone for the original outfit had a trail of 19, but infelt it didnt fan out properly nor when i walked.. But thats my personal preference!

Oh and my nikaah outfit is how u described but 10-12 inches will probably make it slightly longer then floor length and have a bit of a drag, but if its to be a proper trail deffo add abit more length.!

I thought that unless it "drags" on the floor it's not a train........

well thats not a train , the gowns are for 9 -15 yards long and train forms t 24' atleast when it drags . you need a 9 yards jora at-least and for good one go for 15 yards.
