I tried to make it yesterday but it didn’t taste that much great like the one I had in Balakot / Naran / Kaghan.
Anyone like it and got recipe? I have it dried bought from store (Not the fresh green). Thanks..
had it at a friends once, not sure if its anything like you have tasted but here goes:
boil lemon grass in water, usually 4-5 cups of water and 2 heaped tblsp of lemongrass.
add green cardamoms to the water (2-3) and let it boil for 4-5 mins (add sugar)
take it off heat, and add a normal tea bag (just swirl it in water real quick).

In my experience the fresh lemon grass tea tastes and looks wayy different than the dried one.

i made this last night and it has a sweet lemony tang to it.
put the desired amount of water, fennel seeds(saunf), 1-2 green cardamoms and lemongrass(dried) - i don't use measurements just what i feel is enough, into a pan and bring to the boil (don't boil the water first, give it a good boil put a lid on top and turn of the heat, let the tea steep for 10 minutes
by this time the lemon grass has swollen and is now hollow tubes.
pur into your cup add your sugar and drink!
it is REALLY good for your digestion :)
