Series of Unfortunate Events. My littles sister has all the series stocked up in her room. She is a really big fan of Lemony Snicket so she was bugging me to go to the movies with her to watch it when it will release. But I have finals coming up so I don't think I will be watching it.
Has it not been released in America yet? in UK its coming out on 17th.
So who is this Lemony Snicket geezer? was it a book before it became a movie? does he write children's stuff?
Here it's also releasing on December 17th (I think). And Lemony Snicket is the author. There is a whole collection of these books. The movie is just one of the books. Kind a like Harry Potter which is a series but they make a movie of each book.

i dont think the books are for kiddies only.. the stories are very witty, sophisticated and clever and i love the authors writing style…

its a good read for everyone i think... if u are good at understanding sarcasm and dry jokes.
like harry potter..everyone ended up reading the books altho they were intedended for kids..
u should definately read the books before watchin the movie.. just so that u know exactly how the story goes..
is it like a proper series though, like Harry Potter?..do i need to read book 1 to understand book 2 and so forth?..

yah, i love the books, started reading them when i was in like 5th grade, they r really good...i'm dying 2 c da movie...ummm, yah, u shud start from da beginning:The Bad Beginning, The Reptile room, The wide window, and so forth....but they r really gud, i'm hooked!! lol, i know i sound like a child, but hey i am!!!
