lemon tip for weightloss

many years ago i dont know who tell me about weightloss tip and i forgot so i m asking u that my b one of u heard about this aswell and tell me the right tip

it was like drinking lemon in warm water will reduce fat and help u in weightloss

now i forgot when to drink early in the morning before breakfast or before sleeping or i think they told me to add honey as well but i forgot so if u know tell me the right tip please

The only thing that works is exercise and diet control. Everything else is wishful thinking.

i havent tried it personally but yes i have heard it too, taking lemon in warm glass of water first thing in the morning helps you burn calories. But i personally think, even if you just take water after getting up, it helps too

you can try apple cider vinegar too, one tbsp in a glass of water, does the same.

Caution: dont put too much lemon or vinegar in water, it might be too acidic for the empty tummy. Be moderate.

Walk and increase intake of water, all helps in weight control. Good Luk

Lemon water is a good nutrition which provide the vitamin C, and calcium for our body and helps a lot to burn the thick fat and lose excess body weight.
Drinking lemon water with an empty stomach is more effective for the weight loss.
