well according to me its not harmful.i also tried it..
some people mix honey with lemon and normal warm water...
but i tried normal warm water and lemon...it works...but in morning n evening:)
Nadz..its on the website...u basically drink that lemon juice first thing in the morning and then apparently eat low calorie diet during the day and ur suppose d2 c results in 2 weeks..i wanna know if anyone has done this..otherwise mite give it a go..seeing as i will be attending a wedding in 4 weeks time!
to be honest, i think the low calorie bit is what is helping the weight loss!
Drinking lemon juice in warm water in the morning does make you feel less hungry for the rest of the day though, it doesnt actually make you lose weight. it sort of fools ure body!
Another tip is...eat something with protien in the morning such as anda it realeases a hormone which keeps you fuller for longer.
yeah i even tried this lemon jucie tip and couldnt keep it for long but it didnt work either......
so i was wondering too wat would it does ....to our body to lose waight (apparently )nothing
