^ I don’t think it’s a case of short shirts not going out of fashion because we are still wearing them, but rather that we are just years behind the trend, lol. Having said that, I think that UK brides are heavily influenced by Indian magazines which feature short shirts.

Yeah you are right that the trend here is just too SLOW, and there is little influence from Pakistani designers and more from the Indian designers. I’ve had to get mine designed because there were hardly any long shirts in the shops, and when I did ask around I was getting really confused looks.
