She had the grace to visit ailing comedy star Lehri as soon as she arrived in Karachi.

BUT…
Who among the thekedaars, long-time co-stars and self-professed well-wishers of the Pak film industry showed up to receive her at the airport ?
I didn’t see one of them - only some old unknown men surrounding her.
Where were Nadeem, Javed Sheikh, Shahid, Syed Noor, Shan, Reema, Sangeeta, Faisal Qureshi, Sahir Lodhi etc., etc, etc.
This just exposed the true callous nature and lack of any self-respect on the part of these so-called artists.
No wonder their stature is limited in the world. They can’t even honor each other. Why would/should the world honor them ?
Very disappointed in all of these people. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Another same old gripe about our electronic media…
Out of 24 hours, they dedicate roughly 12 hours to Bollywood, but couldn’t manage more than
a minute of coverage to this event. Shame on them also. Truly!
