He was 80 and he passed away on Saturday (12th July). Back in the day he was on PTV a lot but wasn’t very active on the private channels. He spoke beautiful Urdu.

Great actor, he had his distinct style, playing a mild role most of the time ! Great loss indeed.
He didnt ruin his legacy with the new private crappy dramas at all! In addition to PTV, he started off on Radio Pakistan...

His death is a big loss for the Pak showbiz...I remember watching him in many good dramas from PTV and other channels. He was a great actor indeed. May we have more like him in the future.

Oh God!!! What a huge loss...I'm deeply saddened by his demise, what a wonderful man with such wonderful roles left for us to remember forever...he was so likable and unique and natural in his style. With ppl like him going the drama scene is taking a deep plunge every year drifting farther away from roots and classic cultural depictions...
