I think we need a legal advice system where people, lawyers/ ex-judges who are now addicted to Gupshup can share their advices with people needing help on the Pakistan’s legal rules and regulations and how it practically works there.
We need to starighten out the whole legal system of Pakistan which is at present all messed up. Maybe we can start from here. When people will know their right and will have information on where to go and who to ask, maybe it would be easier to get justice.
Any country with a messed up justice system can NEVER go anywhere from a dark, deep well.
Nahi, Im getting to understand the laws and legal system of the middle eastern region. Was wondering if there are any similarities in Pakistani and middle eastern legal system. Then I thought of all those people who suffer in justice in Pakistan simply cz it is screwed up.
Maybe if people had knowledge, they can approach the right people, right department. They'd know where to go not just lost. Keeping people informed of their rights, the curruption can be reduced hence, eliminated gradually. When more people will ask for justice and fight for it (knowing how to), less people will be inclined to cause trouble fearing they can be caught and punished too.
Can be started at this small level. It may spread to more and more people from here and through the word of mouth of those who read the info here. And......
Well, it will be good only if people with some practical know how could share their experience and knowledge and related to different issues.
Bollywood and similar crap ka tau Pakistan kay har bachay ko knowledge hai but apnay right koi nahi jaanta. Nah larna jaanta hai. We need to spread the knowledge, make it common, accessible to each and every person.
Or the idea probably may turn out to be a total failure, who knows? But we can try.
Yaar, justice tau home town court hi mein mil jaani chahiye. Supreme court yah high court mein baat pohonchnay say pehlay hi. This is how the the system should be like. Only more knowledge to the common people can help do that.

CPC, PPC, CrPC ... all were enacted in 1868 to 1874 era by British Legal expert for British Indians to nip them. Our leaders started using the same codes by only changing the title page of the Codes.
Even now CPC preambe says, such such code of Paksitan enacted in 1874. Where was Pakistan in 1874?
Same is with the Police act, it was made to pinch the locals by the English officers. Now our nation is suffering because Pakistan is a Police state.

A lawyer named Strange died and his friend asked the tombstone make to inscribe his name on his tombstone, "Here lies Strange, an honest man, and a lawyer."
The inscriber insisted that such and inscription would be confusing for the passer-by. They would tend to think that three men were burried under the stone.
Instead he inscribed "Here lies a man who was both honest and a lawer." So wherever someone passed by the tombstone he said *"that's Strange !" *
I am sure if such advice is sought through other forums like Pakistan Affairs knowledgeable guppies would respond. I dont think we need a separate forum for such matters.
