umm is she sitting all that? in the car i mean. no breaks or whatever...no rest stops...nothing?

if so...prolonged sitting could cause muscle cramps.

No, she wasn't sitting continuously in the car. 2 or 3 breaks were taken (4 hour ride).

Alhumdullilah Alhumdullilah, the doctor said its nothing serious and that anti-inflammatories will lessen the pain. He also said its quite normal for aging women.
