what can i make with left over fried rice..
All i can think of is rice ball? anyone has a good recipe?
Can i make rolls or something?

I think you can ... just stir fry bite sized chicken pieces , add them to the rice .. or use mince ... fry it well then add it to the rice ... add a few more fried vegies to it , so that the rice is just half of the meat and the vegies .. then get some filo pastry and make spring rolls ...

Or you can do a rice casserole ...make chicken or mince , put that in the oven proof tray then cover it with the rice and finally some puff pastry on top ... I have done that in the past and it comes out really nice ...
