She prolly has a healthy diet to begin with. If she were to consume high calorie foods and not enough excercise, no amount of lemon water would help burn fat.

**she eats regular desi food and yes, as i said, she goes for a 50 min walk everyday and she did that all of her adult life. she is still doing that today along with her 75 year old hubby…they both go together for a walk. **
