have any of you tried leemo paani to loose weight? if yes is it effective?? any side effects?
everyone has a different way of making leemo pani.. any recipes???

Yup it does help - Drink a glass full of Lemon Juice every morning. Add honey rather then sugar in it.
helps to detoxify and purify blood.

Ive tried it and it really upset my stomach after two days. :(
8 oz of water with about 3-4 tsp of lemon juice and some maple syrup or honey.
I didnt find it beneficial at all.

my 70 year old aunt whenever she comes to Canada for a an extended visit, she goes for a walk every morning and upon return she takes one glass of luke warm water with half a freshly squeezed lime juice with 2 tablespoonfuls of honey. she has done that for 30 years as she told me while she was living in Canada and she never gained weight. magic!

It's a myth.
You (in general) eat fatty, sugary meal every day and try lemo pani.
Come back and honestly say how much you lost weight.

I tried doing lemon water a few times years ago but every time I did I would end up with a severe sore throat by 2nd or 3rd day. You can give it a try, however if you aren't burning off the extra calories by doing some kind of excercise you aren't gonna lose weight.

She prolly had a healthy diet to begin with. If she were to consume high calorie foods and not enough excercise, no amount of lemon water would help burn fat.

*she eats regular desi food and yes, as i said, she goes for a 50 min walk everyday and she did that all of her adult life. she is still doing that today along with her 75 year old hubby...they both go together for a walk. *
