You forgot their biggest hit prolly: Stairway To Heaven
And that Black Dog.

*Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow,
And did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind.
And as we wind on down the road
Our shadows taller than our soul.
There walks a lady we all know
Who shines white light and wants to show
How ev'rything still turns to gold.
And if you listen very hard
The tune will come to you at last.
When all are one and one is all
To be a rock and not to roll.
And she's buying a stairway to heaven.

Stairway is definitely a classic, but much too overplayed.

Thanks for sharing the songs. Zepplins were no doubt the greatest rock band of the history of music. They were the trend setters in those days, so many rock bands later followed their style.

Yes, Stairways to Heaven is their best number and the biggest hit, set so many records on the charts then. :k: Both the original and unplugged version released in late 70s are awesome.

Stairway to heaven is my favourite also. There you go if anyone who haven't heard. and the rest are also the top most tracks of led zepplin.

Led Zepplin-stairway to heaven (live acoustic)

Also not to forget the all time best "kashmir"

Led Zepplin incorporated long instrumental improvisations. It was their style and that led to set the difference between the later days heavy metals and the hard rock. A difference of acoustic ballad with meaningful lyrics and screaming and obscured lyrics with electric guitars. Listners of Gun n Roses and Jimmy Hendrix can tell the difference. Zepplin were unique in all aspects.

What exactly are you trying to say here, that heavy metal is full of screaming and obscured lyrics?
