LeBron, Yao, Lakers win popularity contest

Shocking to see the 76ers still very popular, shows why they are so hesistant to trade A.I. Half the traffic to NBA.com comes from overseas visitors, which boosted Yao and Peja’s standings on the list.

LeBron is Most Popular Player Page on NBA.com

Did you see Lakers dismantling of Minnesnowta and Sac queens :D

Two words: Rick Fox. :)

LAKERS are saving it for the right time. Regardless of how the KINGS, TIMBERWOLVES played or didn't play, the LAKERS looked good. Anyone who denies it lives in a fool's world. Though, the shooting against TIMBERWOLVES wasn't that great as it was against KINGS, but the DEFENCE was there.

Against KINGS, there were three things LAKERS did impressively.

  • Defense (which was finally played as a TEAM, led by Malone who ran coast-to-coast like a healthy horse)

  • Hustle (Slava, Fisher diving for loose balls)

  • Offensive Execution (the triangle offense, reminds me the days of MJ and BULLS co. :) )

LAKERS rotated well, played the P&R VERY well, and hits the boards like heck. I like the role of HOFs. I must have been a trick of Phil Jackson. Shaq is happy in taking boards{He's averaging 15+ rebs for the last 8 games}. Malone is happy with defence play. Gary is running the offense transition; and Kobe is doing his thang. :)
