a) What’s up with Lebanon is that it’s constitutional set up to create balance between its three religious communities is based on obsolete demographics. In other words, Shias are consitutionally prevented from having as much power as their numbers would suggest, because when the constitution was made, less of lebanon’s population was shia.
b) They have their own private networks to avoid being eavesdropped on. You may have noticed a spate of assassinations in the past by Mossad in the 1980s and 1990s based on intercepted communications.
c-d) What’s the iranian link to lebanese sunnis?
e) Hezbollah doesn’t so much as destroy a state form within as act as a state within a state, providing the services of the state to those who the state ignores. The Lebanese state provides poor state services such as health, education, and social welfare. hezbollah provides these instead.

"When you come at the King, you best not miss". It is a misadventure by the lebanese govt to try to take on hezbollah and forcibly remove the network, when they are routed within days of doing so.
The comparison to Iran is hardly apt, Sunnies are not as significant a political, military or demographic force in Iran, and Irani govt is much, much stronger than the feeble, inept, baraye-naam lebanese one.
