that’s the problem with most of us…we are so happy that we forget that lol…
i never did.
i leave comment cards when i fly Air India in order to get a good service. 
i ask for the comment card as soon as i board the plane…the flight attendant is careful then on…it always works with me…i get good service…and, i leave a good comment and hand it over to the girl so she can read it. 
smart flier…eh?
