i would like to lease/finance a car for my parents in Pakistan. Anybody has any more info on this ? i couldn’t find much info on the web (rates/options/bank?dealerships?).

Don't know which banks are still offering lease but MCB used to be very popular for car financing. You can check their website there must be all relevant info there. Don't look for dealers as they will never give you correct info and you will end up paying more.
