Does anyone know of any institutes or places in Dubai.. where we can do a makeup/beautician crash course?
I really want to do a beautician course.. and I know there is plenty of places to learn from in pakistan..
I was wondering if there are any such courses in Dubai?

There is an institute by Shehnaaz Hussain and she gives courses etc but if you have some monies and want to do it more professionally then Paris Gallery also gives courses etc.

Have you tried Lauren Luke? she’s the youtube sensation who’s attracted the attention of the entire fashion community. Here’s her channel:
New York based celebrity makeup artist Eve Pearl also has her step by step videos on youtube. They are all titled “Be-You-tified Episode X” Where the X stands for the episode number. Here’s a link to the channel that hosts her videos.
Mushkbar, Depilex Dubai (The Haven) all offer classes.. perhaps u shud call them and ask!

paris gallery one isn't that great. Your best bet would be cleopatra & Steiner which is in wafi. i attended them years ago. they have a lot of courses which you can look up online. I wasn't too pleased with any of the courses in dubai but cleopatra & steiner does give you the basic skills you need. if you want to learn how to apply makeup even on yourself you can take a 3 days course there or a 2 hour makeup session with mac cosmetics at any of their stores. let me know if you have any other questions. I was so fed up of the courses in dubai even though i was working for a top modeling agency i decided to go to canada & do a course there which was worth every penny! so it really depends on how interested you are.
