On a Leap Year its tradtion for girls to propose to the guys. Although technically, yes they shouldn't have to wait till a special day to do it anyway but its just an old tradition.
Girls, could/would you ever do it or do you believe its the guys (or his familys) job)
Guys, would you feel flattered if asked or feel that it was meant to be your job?
I guess it's just a brit tradition judging by the blank responses.

Shinoo, there's always next leap year..... which gives your four years to trap, I mean find a guy.
