Lasagne?

Not sure of recipe, I always buy it ready made.

Its really pretty easy. Just get lasagne pasta sheets, prepare the meat sauce with lots of tomatoes and herbs. Make white sauce. Stack in layers and repeat. End with white sauce and sprinkled cheese. Bake and voila!

I like chicken or vegetable lasagne in white sauce.

Make the white sauce (milk, flour, butter), add the necessary spices (ginger garlic chilli etc). Add pieces of cooked chicken to it, and layer it with the lasagne and cheese ofcourse. I like to add corn to the sauce as well.

Another variation my sister makes is a spinach and feta lasagne, which is just sooooo divine!!! she cooks the spinach with lots of garlic and onions and stuff.

Lasagna

tip: never leave the pasta exposed on the top layer... it ill get dry and crispy and unedible.

i add veggies to my lasagna... zuccini, peppers, onions, mushrooms all stir fried and then add mustard, honey and lime juice(mix the 3 together) it turns out soooo yummmyyyyyyy...
i make insane amounts of lasagna for my cousins when we get together...
and if u load it with cheese u dont even need any white sauce.

hey any of u try those "no boil" lasagna strips? makes life hella easy :D
