30-45 minutes each day… sometimes broken up into 22 minutes each twice a day, sometimes more… it really varied. Hehe, yeah but from my tummy…trying to get rid of my chunky thighs too! Jumprope, jumping jacks, squats, scissors, and lunges are good like some people mentioned… jogging/fast walking aint bad either! thats what I’m doing these days! I’ll keep you updated though, and let me know if you find something better
