It is today complete one month and it has once again been proved that laws and rules all are for poor and rich are always exempt may it be rule of a heavy mandated democracy, Islamic socialism, civil martial law rule, modern enlighted uniformed rule. It is today 19.10.2004. A complete month ago on 18.9.2004 country’s all newspapers had on their front page a statement from the angry Patriot Minister for Kashmir Affairs Faisal Saleh Hayat who was removed from much inflential Ministry of the Interior. As is usual with all Patriots, turn coast politicians and Lifaf journalists that they always disclose when they are removed from the seats. Faisal Saleh Hayat stated very influential people are involved in human smuggling and when he was Minister of Interior these people also “offered him” when he turned down such “offers”. Pakistani passport is the most doubtful document on all international airports. Pakistanis are every week deported from one country or the other. PIA is regularly paying heavy penalties for carrying passengers with bogus documents. No so called N.G.Os no Asma Jehangir, no human rights workers, no Judge, no Ombudsman, no Nazir Naji has during all this month cried over this disclosure and demanded booking of a case against Faisal Saleh on charges that why did not he disclose this information when it came to his knowledge. Why did not he took action against those. Why did not he made that information on official record. No Asma Jehangir has demanded or no Judge has took action to summon Faisal Saleh Hayat to force him to disclose names of these influentials. I am sure if a poor under the influence of one white sugar coated cigarrette had muttered these worlds same day he would had been arrested under anti terrorist act. There is another important point. Faisal Saleh Hayat is a Minister and and insider. He information cannot in any way be wrong. Government has taken no note of his statement which in other words mean government practically is not sincere nor does it wish to control the human smuggling rather in other words it is being done under its knowledge. It is just like same as it is said no body would be allowed to play with life and property of awam. But very next day some play with property and life of awam which means the leaders or the government later gave permission to those players.

Reference remarks that this topic should be addressed to DAWN etc. Such topics these papers do not publish I know of my own experience because they want to keep so called balance. Large circulated newspapers want to keep their contacts good. Some want to hide their electricy under charging some to keep mouth of income tax files shuts.
These are only forums like Pak.org etc or a few publications like The Friday Times etc which sometime do a little space to such matters
