ok...girls...I got my package and all the lawn suites I ordered...I will try to upload the pics later but let me tell you how disappointed I am to spend my hard earned money on this paper thin lawn by SM, SS, and Elan...SS is total garbage this year...design in real look nothing to their signature style...seems like they didn't spend even a single day on this lawn or tried to save their reputation...I will not buy SS again...I got few suites last year and was a very happy customer but this year very disappointed by the quality and over all look of the suites...SM is just OK...but paper thin...even two layers of shirt are see through...and I don't understand why I am buying lawn when I have to wear lining...I would rather get cotton suites then...Nida Azwar is in the same boat....very thin material....nothing special in her buttons or overall designs....I loved Firdaus lawn suite and pure shafon dupataa with it....very nice material and the suite look expensive(I got the white one with embodied border and gala)...Lakhani is not bad at all either...(I got the black one..)lots of embroided borders etc...worth the money....and then I really liked Lala suites I got from La femme line....better than all branded designers' lawn and almost half the price...I am done with lawn ....will try not to get anything for next few years....rather get a party suite...

Dont be too disheartened yaar, once they are shrunk and sewn im sure they will look lovely. Good news about firdous, definitely amongst my favourite. I noticed that nishat have also launched their volume 2 as well.

Can anyone pls tell me hows So Kamal? Nadia Khan looks nice, with exras and the price isnt that bad either. any one seen it?

nadia khan lawn is done by flits textiles.... ayesha somaya did lawn with them as well..but their quality of fabric is horrible...very stiff starched cotton instead of lawn..
Ive been saying that from the day they launched, SS is totally not worth the money this year. Even, saw ladies wearing it but it failed to impress me. About Firdous, yes, its nice.
I wish Sobia Nazir had improved the quality of her lawn, as it looks nice in real too, duppattas are pretty too(i like chiffon dupaattas as compared to silk ones) .

Have you guys checked at Azmalo? They have a lot of various lawn brands like Sana Safinaz, Mahnoush, Nida Azer, Al Karam, Orient and others. I just got all my lawns there and got it delivered to my house, paid cash on delivery. Best Decision ever!
