Yes I too try to get my lawn wear for 3 or 4 years and I had been able to do this with the branded ones. Whereas the cheap ones are seldom used next season. Classic lawn I have found is good among the cheap ones, don't know how is it now.

@brummibiid: my mum get one maria b suit...but it was just ok...if u are looking for a light colour/pastel then go for it...but why not then elan kamal lawn ??
i know this feeling..i also get addicted...i didnt like kamal lawn at all...but now after seeing real pics of launch of kamal im in love wid few :) they are really nice and lovely and seems to be also very good quality.
but dooooooooont forget in 10-11 months this hassle will start again :) new year new prints :)

I was shocked to see a random shop selling replicas of Elan at original prices!! When I confronted they got very defensive. I know they were replicas because of the pathetic quality and that they were in thaans rather than packages. :s Also didn't have the Kamal lawn logo on the side.

i want to buy normal lawn without any silk or chiffon dupatta and nooo embroidery...all the ones i have seen withiut all this r horrible prints! pls suggest some good lawnnnnnnnnnnnn!

Gul Ahmed and Lakhani 's fabrics are the best. You can even get their plain lawn suits ( without embroidery & chiffon duppata ). Gul Ahmed also sells shirt pieces.

hii..just to wear my experience of lawn 2012...simply loved elan..lakhani and sana safinaz..they did tremendous job...though had loads of expectations from nomi ansari as last year he did pretty well..but this year..his designs were very floral and dark colours.didnt like at all...umar sayed was total disappointment..not enough flairs as shown in the catalogue...and prints were not eye catching as well..asim jofa was quite similar to last years eid collection..and motifs were too big...sobia nazir was good but didnt buy any as her fabric catches wrinkles so easily (my last two years experience)...jj doesnt fascinates me at all..though prints r good but dun feel like buyin his lawn..the reason can be that its readily available and does not have scarcety value...like buying SS is such a task..i had to struggle alot to find 12a and 2a..but couldnt find it anywhere..finally got those via facebook group
