Law & Lawyers

I think this little images tells us a lot about law & order in Pakistan. Our well educated lawyers are behaving like completely illiterate “Dunger” (from central Punjab/Sindh/Baluchistan/NWFP whatever), and our “farz-shanas” Police is acting in such a civilised way too.

Yeh to haal hay, Pakistan main qanoon aur qanoon kay rakh’waloon ka, aur chalain hay world’s tallest building bananay.

(Guys I couldn’t decide to post it here or in some Political forum, please place it accordinly)

Re: Law & Lawyers

I’d blame the police on this one. The rally was told to retreat, the lawyers refused, smack smack smack ensued. The rock hurling began short thereafter.

There are some more gruesome photos on BBC.

Paida hua vakil toh shaita nay kaha
lo aj hum bhi sahib-e-aulaad ho gaye

Re: Law & Lawyers

These lawyers are basically "Typical Illiterates"..... This CJ issue is becoming a "Topi Drama" peculiar of Pakistani Society....& CJ himself is trying to give it a Political Color...

Most of these Lawyers ,who are participating in these protests have party affiliations and these protests are mainly based on Partisonships.....

My suggestion to Musharraf is to control this drama with full force just like one controls the Terrorists/Anarchists.

Re: Law & Lawyers

Lawyers should know better than trying to force their way through police. Wot a display of civility by both sides... one can dismiss the police as jahileen and that they get orders from above that they have to carry out but the educated lawyers should have acted in a more civil way.

P.S: I hope qazi sahib got some khatir twazo done by police in that rally.

Re: Law & Lawyers

someone still needs to explain why they kicked naeem bokhari out. I mean they are whining about the suspension of the CJ, but what exactly have they done by a knee jerk political action by just kicking him out.
