I have a friend who was in Dalla Police for a few years but is now working for George Bush Int'l Airport in Houston. He's also called upon to translate for Pakistani passengers. I am not sure what he can do for you in regards to guidance. I'll ask him if he's willing to talk and try to give any pointers.
Give me a few days as these are very busy days for him.
