“My province is a peaceful one with a few glitches here and there. The overall law and order situation is not that bad,” 
he had said the same thing few months ago!! dumped bodies, missing persons and target killings is ofcourse something very normal for him!
as long as, their lives are not affected by all this, why would they do anything about it!
