yeh I think hot water uses almost 15 times more kW/h than cold water so it can make a difference to your utilities. The point of the tide cold water detergent I think is that it’s strong enough to remove soil that typically requires hot water. That being said because I’m paranoid, I still wash towels and bedsheets in hot water.

I use cold water so clothes don’t bleed color I guess…or so I was always taught and now its stuck in my head…lol.
