Is it OK to laugh when other people, kids in particular, get hurt? Specially when its their own fault because they were doing something stupid . I mean hurt but not seriously hurt .

Yeaah dude I laf. vat kin I do Jub zor ki ayi hoti hie tuo kiyon na hancoN. Once I saw this phaat desi uncle around mid 30’s, he vas screaming at his kid to be careful on ice, n the kid was fine but uncle went Dhaaz and was laying flat on his butt side. Now how can I not laf? U tello? Uncle was very mad, got matol humpty dumpty too… that jawani un ka mazak ura ura kay laf laf kar rahi hie…

Yes that is an appropriate situation to laugh at , he was yelling at kids to be careful and he fell.
