Very good thread Lilly. Regarding MS outlook, its one of the best softwares Microsoft has ever produced. I'll check the feature and will update.
No doubt, MS outlook is one powerful software by MS but i think it is mostly used for commercial purpose. I used Outlook at uni and now at work. The good thing is that, you can save your documents on skydrive and they can be easily accessed anywhere.
