i have cravings 24/7, so basically i go for the food and later just burn it up. I would even eat junk food late at night in my bed while lying down reading a book or something. These days i m just too lazy to exercise so i still end up eating it. Luckily i have got a fast metabolism, so it doesn't affect me in anyway. .

I dun like u, ure not allowed to talk abt dieting to me now :o
