Lately been having alot of late night cravings, for pretty much everything, samosas, burgers, gyro, ice creme etc… the next morning, I’ve usually forgotten about it, (feel too sick to think abt food so early in the AM ). I dunno why i keep thinkin of foood esp at thist ime, when its virutally impossible for me to get anything..
So wat do u do when a craving hits and theres nothign to hlep it :halo:
I always listen to my cravings on weekends because these are my days so I usually go for ice cream. But during week nights, I ignore my cravings and sleep feeling hungry.

i have cravings 24/7, so basically i go for the food and later just burn it up. I would even eat junk food late at night in my bed while lying down reading a book or something. These days i m just too lazy to exercise so i still end up eating it. Luckily i have got a fast metabolism, so it doesn't affect me in anyway.
The other day i was watching willie wonka and the chocalte factory at 11:00 p.m. and i start to crave for choclate (sadly i m allergic to choc) hence i still drove at that time and got it and then ate it. I so freakingly have no self control.
