Our Mother’s Day Sunday was ruined via incosiderate people planning a function then but I was planning on doing something this weekend.

So far I’ve planned on fried(breaded) green tomatoe sandwhiches with pesto sauce

Stuffed chicken breast and linguini with either a lemon sauce or alfredo
salad –

now I need soemthing with a little bit of dei pazaz–
what do you guys think?

:hehe: mere mom – completel namoona – she hates that.
She likes vegan stuff – hence the menu..

I was thinking maybe a mixed veg. salan —
hmmmm something almost fried with masala?/
