Last Will of Imam Ali

What's 'nipat'?

Sherazz, I had “no” idea saying “chill out” was rude. I think saying chill out means to cool down i.e, don’t lose your patience so quickly…it’s not like I’ve been rude to you or have said nasty things about your sect before. God! This “GupShup” is sure teaching me alot of new stuff.
Once more..I was not being rude. I don’t know why you seem to think I’m being rude.
And yes I’ve been on GupShup for a long time but I don’t usually visit the Religion forum and I especially don’t take part in Shia/Sunni arguements. Like I said..that was my first and the last question about the Shia sect.
So fiker not. I’ll never ask you or any other Shia to explain their beliefs. I mean if you are not intersted in explaining them in a polite way, why should I ask

Who says nothing is impossible? I’ve been doing nothing all my life!

humsa if u dont want to ask anything its not my problem..dont..its not like u were talking to me face to face..if u found my reply to be rude then i apologize..KHuda hafiz

communist i thought i answered ur questions..which one is it..ask that question and i will try to answer

and ahmed sure go ahead ..maybe u can teach me somthing i dont know

i m not trying to convince anyone here..just telling u my part of the story ok

we believe in ISA (as) coming and asking the molvi to continue with his prayer and that he (ISA) will offer the namaz behind him..its just that we dont believe the molwi is an Imam, Imam Mehdi to be specific…u see…from teh Quran we only know of ONE SOUL that didnt’ die but was called up to ALLAH adn that soul is ISA…then how’d you add Imam Mehdi in there?..plz provide an explanation…thanx.

thats my question…‘nipat’ means to get it over with --in a sense…

The Twelfth Imam
Imam Mehdi (AS)
**
Introduction
First Heavenly concealment: 8th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, 260 A.H.

Final Heavenly concealment: 10th of Shawwal, 328 A.H.

There existed a good deal of harmony and uniformity between the aspects pertaining to the births of Prophet Muhammad, the last Apostle of Allah and Imam Mehdi, the last Apostolical Imam. Just as the coming of the Holy Prophet was prophesised well in advance by the preceeding Prophets similarly the impending news of the gracious birth of Imam al-Mehdi was foretold by the Holy Prophet.

Innumerable traditions in this context, quoted right from The Holy Prophet from the glowing contents of many books of Masanid, Sehan, and Akhbar and of Shia Scholars existed. Many Sunni scholars have accumulated these traditions in complete volumes also.

ass'salaam'o'alaikum my fellow sunni/shia brothers.Although ive never been on this chat but Its been very interesting to read all your comments about sunni/shia beliefs .Im a sunni and ive always been curios to know all of this (the current discussion between sherazz, ahmed, humsa and x communist) so please continue. I might get to know things more clearly. Thanks.. khudahafiz.

Thanks for the excellent thread brother Sheeraz! I also like Pristine's other thread about Wahabi fitna. Man that guy (Pristine) has got the guts to stand up for truth and he does not start to accuse or abuse others. Thats the beauty. May Allah bless you all!

there is a saying of second khalifa in your many books that "By God! Umar would have died if ALI(A.S)wasn't there to help him". I wonder why umar thought like that. why didn't he ask for Allah's help.
By the way when we say ya Ali madad, we are merely asking for Ali(A.S) wasila to get help from ALLAH because he is so close to Allah. as Allah said in QURAN in Surah AL MAYDA that "find the wasila".

Sheeraz Bhai you are doing a good job.

good point pizza ..its frustrating these people dont understand this simple things

Ya Ali Madath, I am a sunni muslim but have a lot of love and respect for Ahle-Baht, these matters are petty differences, and I know that most other sunni bro's love the prophet and his family.

u dont have to be a shia in order to have the love for Ahle Bait..in india sunni muslims go to majalises, do matam..only because of the love for Ahle Bait

PJ bhai Maula salamat rakhay aapko

i agree with you sheeraz, sunni guys do majlis and matam too.

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/ok.gif

cool guy! or is it COOL GAY? (baqol watcher)

sunni's are ppl who follow the sunnah!
if some so-called sunni performs matam (a pure shia' practice) , he/she is not a sunni..how difficult is that to understand?????
sheeesh!
