Basically, Azim realised that he made a mistake after Maria Wasti's character revealed that she had a daughter from a previous marriage. He left her and returned to his family.
The brother killed Sharmeen (his sister) after she was unable to shoot him. There was a police chase and the brother ended up dying after a shoot-out with the police.
The mother left them all and escaped to freedom by herself in America. She just ran away after finding out that her kids were dead.
She left her husband in a coma at the hospital. His brother and sister took him away from the hospital to look after him.

what happened to maria wasti's story? the drama ends with her taking her mom's pace after her mom leaves to the US, Maria was divorced from her 2nd hubby as well.
