Not a single day goes by when I don't say it to my husband or child.
Not able to quote pisiform but in our case whenever there was a lot of affection involved our Ami became Ami Jaan for the time being & Baba became Baba Jaan.
Ami openly says love you to us. Baba on the other hand always called his own father "Waaled Sahab" so forget about any "love you here". He does openly say I love you to his grandchild though.

At least 10 times so far today to my 16 month old daughter.
She says it back sometimes too - "I laaaw you" SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute.
I also smother her with a million kisses a day and she is one of those "stop it get off me already types" HAHAHAH
