Re: Last Ten Days of Ramadan
-My mother in law gave me a good advice to avoid Iftar parties in the last "Ashra" of Ramadan to the extent possible in order to spend more time in Ibadah (prayers). Such parties usually take away a lot of time at night and sometimes we don't even realize being invloved in useless chit chat during these precious hours.
-It is better to sleep an hour or so in the afternoon to be able to remain fresh during "Ibadah" at night.
-If possible serve Iftaar and dinner separately in order to keep oneself active during Taraweeh.
-Not to overload oneself with office work during these ten days so as to spend more energy in prayers.
May Allah (s.w.t) bless us with wisdom and strength to be able to make BEST use of these precious hours.
