yum!!!! good job! they look so moist and fluffy
Self rising flour is a combination of flour and baking powder and a little salt. You can eaisly buy it from a super store or make some by yourself.
Here’s how to make self-rising flour if you don’t have any on hand.
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients; store in tightly covered can or jar. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising flour.
Makes 1 pound of self-rising flour.
How much in oz is 2 sticks butter?
One pound of butter has 4 sticks. So two sticks is 8 oz.
