A wedding is coming up in less than a week and I’m suddenly breaking out. My skin was fine but then I started seeing under skin bumps and one by one, they are turning into pimples. There is not much I can do for the scars. At least they can be covered with foundation but acne is hard to cover up because the makeup makes the bumps very visible. I see the lemon/baking soda treatment everywhere. Has anyone tried it? I don’t want the opposite affect. I’ve tried Neutrogena’s spot treatment. It’s pretty much useless for me. Any last minute treatments? I’m so angry, my skin will be perfectly fine and all of a sudden I get breakouts

Give this Murad fast fix a try, might be helpful for those sudden breakouts.

Use the body shop tea tree face wash if you have mild acne and if its really bumpy pimples then use tea tree oil on the spots. You can use both as well. These products are not an alternative for fixing the acne permanently. Work well for sudden break outs. They are really drying btw, so you will have to moisturize the skin.

I've tried zillion things for my pimples.
I have huge ones(cystic acne, and it hurts) that come and go away, if I don't do anything it takes up to a month to heal and scar. So went to the doc, he told me to apply fucidin cream (it has fusidic acid) and in 2 days the bump was gone but I think it might take another or two to heal completely.

I don't have time to see a physician but I can definitely do that once I come back. And I forgot about tea tree oil. I remember using that a couple of years ago and it worked quite well. But that was also when I would get one pimple in three months. Btw, has anyone experienced sudden breakouts from eating eggs regularly? Classes started recently and I usually eat an omelet in the morning to keep myself full for longer. That's the only 'garam' thing I'm having. I wonder if that's doing something

Yup, if I eat eggs I tend to breakout more.
Tea tree oil started showing its effects on me after 3 months of using it. And the only quick effective thing that worked for me is fucidin cream these days.

Banana peel. I swear. It sounds gross and it looks even grosser when it turns brown. But just try it. Take a piece of banana peel and rub the inner part on your zit. Rub it in for a few minutes, then wait for it to dry and turn brown, then wash it with plain water. Repeat a few times during the day. Instead of wasting many bananas, what I do is take one banana and cut an inch or two off while it's still peeled. I put the banana in the fridge and use the little piece of banana peel. This way, a few hours later, I can chop off another piece and use it. It's also chilled so it soothes the zit.
For me, the zits start reducing within 24 hours. I saw this tip on huda beauty. You can look it up too.
