I saw my MIL make lassi , I think they take half cup yoghurt, half cup water ...blend it well add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste ...
My mother used to make salty labanup , quarter cup milk, 3/4th cup water .. add salt to taste ...

If you want to make Malai lassi you need to add , whipped cream to one of the recipes by CB.
