salty lassi....

take a blender add
half kg yougurt
one jug of water
add some salt and ice and zooooooooooooooom

There you go with thandi thaaar lasssiii......

if you want to have meethi lassi then add half kg yogurt and half kg milk and add sugar as per your taste and blend it with lot of ice.....aaaahaaaaa lahori lassi tayyar hai janaaaaaaaab :P

i never used blender to make lassi, i just simply beat yogurt with hand beater till its all creamy and no lumps, takes about 30 seconds. then add water, depending how thick u want yur lassi and salt/sugar per taste.

there is also " kachi lassi" which is made from milk only and mostly used after eating mangoes . simply add water and salt in milk. ratio will be 4:1 or as u like.

in punjabi this is called " adh ridka" when u comibe yogurt and milk.
