LeT is not a charity. Providing relief is government's job.
Also, this idea that LeT is doing "Kashmir struggle" is turned into a joke by their stupid effort in Mumbai. Launching an attack on civilians that is universally condemned has mixed Kashmir cause in mud.
Besides, by banning LeT in 2002, Pakistan government itself admitted that they were upto no good.
