Yes in 99% cases laser eye surgery is safe and secure and complication occurs only when patients damaged their eye due to their own efforts as the cost of treatment depends on the region, area where you resided as in Pakistan the cost of laser eye surgery is 20k to 40k and after the treatment you can get rid from the eyeglasses.
