Fara i too used garlic in poodina chutney but lasen kee chutney is a differant thing,and it goes best with dall chawal,khichri or aloo paratha ,or basin kee roti yummmy,anyway the recipe is soo simple. take 8,9 cloves of garlic,i tsp white zeera and 6,7 whole red chillies,salt.grind all ingrediants with little water ,it tatse will be better if u use sill bata or koondi danda,anyway its ur choice after grinding u can cook (bhonana) it in few tbs of ghee or oil,or u can use it without cooking too,in both way it tatse good,and if u will like u can add 1 tsp of vinegar to it too.
This one is the best recipe! Eating it with arhur ki daal ki kichri is really very tasty.
