me too boil chicken biryani but the key is to oil the sheets even after u let them out of cold water so that they will never stick...i do it like that never got any problem.
just with ur clean hand spread oil on the both sides of the sheets.a lill bit.

Wow! I’m so surprised so many people don’t boil the sheets! I’ve been making lasagna for years and always boil them. I know you don’t have to boil the special pasta that specifically says “no boiling required” ,but can this work with regular dry lasagna sheets?
O the time I have wasted and burnt my hands for those piping hot lasagna sheets!
